Coastal side endure yet another disappointing afternoon ,fail to maximize home advantage

Bandari's quest to return to winning ways has flopped after playing Nairobi City Stars to a one all draw at the Mbaraki grounds.

The dockers were looking to find their winning instincts back following their last week barren draw with Gor Mahia but were forced to come from a goal to share spoils with the visitors.

City Stars who were also aiming to redeem themselves from a one nil loss to Wazito scored through the indefatigable Peter Opiyo while Waliam Wadri responded for the hosts from the spot.

The result means that City Stars have picked four points from the coastal side this season as they won the first leg 2-0 at the Kasarani Annex.

Bandari remains rooted sixth with thirty three points,a tally similar to that of the league returnees who are breathing behind their backs.

Earlier at the same venue, a brace from former Sofapaka attacker Cornelius Juma inspired Mwatate United to switch off Coast Stima 2-1 in a National Super League encounter.

In other matches, FC Talanta are back in the promotion bracket after downing Modern Coast Rangers 2-1 at the Gems Cambridge grounds.

Anthony Gicho and Shela Mandela were on target for Talanta. Kibera Black Stars played Murang'a Seal to a two all draw at the St.Sebastian Park while Fortune Sacco have edged Dandora Love 2-1 at the Kianyaga grounds.
