Reading Time: 2min | Sun. 11.08.24. | 09:15

Tusker have been one of the busiest clubs this window alongside Shabana, Kenya Police and KCB

FKF Premier League clubs have been busy beefing up their squads in readiness for the new season, which gets underway on Saturday 24 August.

Some clubs have been extra busy this window, while others have not done much business and are probably set to do most of their business in the last days of the window or before the league commences.

Tusker, Kenya Police FC, Shabana FC, and KCB FC have been the busiest, while Nairobi City Stars, AFC Leopards, Kakamega Homeboyz, and Mara Sugar have not been too active.

Some clubs have also parted ways with many players to create room for new signings. Tusker FC axed eleven players, while Shabana FC only retained 13 who were part of the team last season.

Police have released some players and loaned out a number of them to create room for their new arsenal.

The transfer window is expected to be open until Monday, September 9 September, two weeks after the commencement of the new season and more transfer business is expected to be conducted until the final day of the window.

Mozzart Sport takes a look at how clubs have conducted their business so far. The list is, however, not conclusive and will be updated once clubs confirm more of their signings.
