The player had attracted interest from several club including Nzoia Sugar before joining MCF.
Fast-rising goalkeeper Christian Mutiso has joined National Super League (NSL) side MCF ahead of the start of the 2023-2024 season.
The move comes hardly days after the custodian openly invited offers from clubs plying their trades in the top flight and Super League.
Mutiso, had been a free agent since leaving Murang'a Seal two months ago following the expiry of his contract with the outfit that secured promotion to the top-flight last season.
He confirmed that MCF had offered him an exciting deal and thus will feature in the second tier again having played for Seal last season in the competition.
Seal, who against all odds, currently top the FKFPL with six points were promoted alongside Shabana who won the second-tier league.
"I can confirm that I have joined MCF. They offered me quite some deal. I can't wait for the new season to start and play for the club at the competitive level," he told Mozzart Sport.
Darajani Gogo, an outfit that features in the NSL had also registered interest in the 20-year old shot stopper but MCF had the last laugh after coach Robert Orangi convinced him to join the club.

Orangi, returned to MCF a month ago filling in the slot left by veteran tactician David Mahira who succeed him two years ago.
Mutiso, unsuccessfully tried his luck with a number of clubs since leaving Seal, a club he was attached to for a season.
He trained with Mathare United for two days before joining the Kajiado FC camp where he played for the club in the second edition of the Elite Pre-season Cup.
The former Wote Dreams FC player went for trials at Shabana but unfortunately, he picked up a hip injury in day one and was consequently, forced to withdraw.
Sources close to the player indicate that Nzoia Sugar registered interest in the player last month but opted to sign Bernard Onunga.
