Benfica's hitman will be a bargain at around $120 million, says former Barca midfielder
Portuguese superstar Goncalo Ramos is making himself one of the hottest properties in world football these days. The deadly striker scored two goals in Benfica's thrashing of Club Brugge in the UEFA Champions League and alerted the transfer market.
Speaking to sportс.ru, former Russia international, now a football agent, Igor Korneev compared the 21-year-old goalscorer to Ukrainian international Mikhaylo Mudryk, the player who moved from Shakhtar Donetsk to Chelsea in January.
"I don't know how much Ramos could cost, but if Mudryk cost $100 million, then Ramos is worth $200 million. However, I think he'll be sold for around $120 million."
It may seem like a bold statement, but Korneev says the Portugal international is worth that sort of money.
"Basically, he has no weaknesses. He's fast, and he's strong. We can see he can beat one or two opponents in a small space. He turns and changes direction completely, quite incredibly. And I'm not just talking about his performance at the World Cup in Qatar. Besides, he plays well with both feet, which is such a big advantage for a player nowadays."

Ramos was linked with moves to Premier League clubs in the past, and it seems inevitable to see him move for a lot of money.
