In an epic Premier League showdown at Old Trafford, the Red Devils and Bournemouth shared spoils - 4-4
Manchester United played another game and failed to win.
This time, Bournemouth treated themselves to a point at Old Trafford, salvaging a 4-4 draw in one of the wildest games of the season.
Amad Diallo broke the deadlock just 13 minutes into the match, and although Antoine Semenyo equalized in the 40th minute, Casemiro restored the lead to the Red Devils in added time, doing justice to United, which thoroughly deserved the advantage given their 17 shots.
Little did anyone imagine that only 372 seconds after the break, the visitors would be 3-2 up, with the packed Theatre of Dreams in a state of total shock!
Evanilson and James Tavernier completed the Cherries' comeback, nominating Ruben Amorim for the worst half-time talk ever, as his men looked completely disorganized, although they should have had a psychological edge after Casemiro's goal.
Still, it was only the beginning, as the Manchester side managed to wake up, bounce back, and make a blitzkrieg of their own, only faster, as Bruno Fernandes and Matheus Cunha turned the tables again in just 130 seconds (?!), bringing United to the verge of a fantastic triumph!
However, another disappointment followed just five minutes later, when Iraola's gem from the bench, Eli Kroupi, levelled again and secured a point for the visitors.

Even against the abysmal Wolverhampton, Man United did not put in such a dominating performance in the opening 45 minutes.
The Red Devils made as many as 17 attempts, created numerous chances over Bruno Fernandes, Casemiro, Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha, and Mason Mount.
Hence, it is no wonder they were up at the break, having scored two goals, even though their half-time tally could have been twice as high.
The two opportunities that Ruben Amorim's men managed to convert were the ones from the 13th minute and added time.
Amad Diallo broke the deadlock in the 13th minute, when Bournemouth's keeper Djordje Petrovic stopped Cunha's effort, but left an easy task for the Ivorian to tap in the rebound into the empty net
However, after a number of wasted chances, the home crew was punished five minutes before the break. Luke Shaw lost the ball dangerously near his own box, Antoine Semenyo's solo run followed, and the Ghanaian didn't have mercy, levelling the score.
Still, United managed to bounce back shortly, as Casemiro put them back in front in the fourth minute of stoppage time after Bruno's corner kick, thanks to the Cherries' goalie's poor reaction.
Bruno Fernandes has more assists (7) than any other player in the Premier League this season. Across Europe’s top five leagues, only Michael Olise (8) has more.

We can't know what happened during the break in each team's locker room, and what Amorim, and especially Andoni Iraola, told their men, but, as if the rivals swapped their first-half roles, the Red Devils experienced an absolute "blackout" - 372 seconds after the break, the scoreboard was showing 3-2 for the visitors!
First, Evanilson stunned United 40 seconds into the second half, and then, about five minutes later, James Tavernier scored a free-kick banger, completing the Cherries wild comeback!

Amorim had to react quickly, making a change in each line. Lisandro Martinez came off the bench to enhance the defence, Kobbie Mainoo to improve creativity, and Benjamin Sesko to find the net. The Slovenian failed to accomplish his goal, but his teammates stepped up and responded to Bournemouth's blitzkrieg with one of their own, only faster. Bruno with a free-kick screamer and Matheus Cunha made it 4-3 in just 130 seconds, making the packed Theatre of Dreams go wild!
You thought it was the end? Don't be naive...
The Red Devils had only one job - defending the lead. And they failed! Just five minutes following Cunha's goal, Iraola's super-sub, Eli Kroupi levelled again, guaranteeing an absolutely wild finish of the match!
In the last quarter of an hour (including added time), the visitors were better and closer to an eventual winner, but the rivals still shared spoils in this epic Premier League battle.
