There is no end to the big signings at Al-Ahli. The new big addition of the club from Jeddah is Franck Kessie!

After Riyad Mahrez, Edouard Mendy, Roberto Firmino, Allan Saint-Maximin and most probably Roger ibanez, Al-Ahli have confirmed a new palpable acquisition for a season where goals will undoubtedly be the highest. After medicals done in France, Kessie headed to Jeddah to definitively close the transfer with a pen-to-paper action.

Barcelona made a nice profit on this job, just 12,500,000 euros after exactly one year of cooperation, which ended with winning the title of Spanish champion.

The Ivorian 'President' wanted the Premier League, his priority was to continue his career in Europe. A return to Italy was also mentioned as a possibility, in the end Kessie decided to move to Saudi Arabia, but he is far from dissatisfied because he will earn a lot of money - much more than he would probably make anywhere in the strongest European leagues.

As unofficially mentioned, Kessie tripled his income compared to what he had in Barcelona. Provided that this is true, a dizzying 60,000,000 euros net in three years is set aside for him at Al-Ahli!

Kessie arrived at Barça last summer from AC Milan as a free agent. He played 43 games and scored three goals. The most important thing - he won the La Liga medal and continued his career journey in peace.
