Spartans are breathing behind Blazers back as the students are perched on the fourth spot on the log with nine points.
In the men’s Premier League, the 2017 champions Kenya Police will hit the road to Mombasa where they are scheduled to play Mombasa Sports Club.
The law enforcers sit second with 27 points, seven behind the unbeaten Butali Warriors who will not be in action on Saturday.
Police who have a game in hand will approach the clash knowing that three points will see them eat the gap between them and the sugarmen to four points. Sailors are set to tackle Parkoad Badgers at City Park in another men’s top-flight tier.
Three Super League matches are set to be played on Saturday with City Park hosting two of them. Mvita XI have a date with Nakuru while Parklands Sports Club will entertain Kisumu Youngsters.

Five nationwide matches will also be played on the day where Strathmore University grounds will play host to a double header. Thika Rovers will play Daystar University before paving the way for the University of Nairobi who are scheduled to play Gorillas at the same venue.
Impala will confront Mombasa West at Impala grounds while Kitale Hockey Club will welcome Kisii Falcons at the backyard. University of Eldoret are set to play Blue Pirates in Eldoret.
