Dynamites eye second win in clash against Eldonets

University of Nairobi Dynamites are out to pick their second win in their second weekend of action in the Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) women's league. 

The varsity side, under the tutelage of Juma Kent picked their first victory last weekend in a clash against Storms, having opened their season the same weekend with a defeat to holders Kenya Ports Authority (KPA).

Kent's charges face travelling Eldonets in the latter's second trip to Nairobi as they chase a second victory in what will be their fourth match in the top tier league. 

"l expect to get a win in both the Saturday and Sunday matches. We play Eagle Wings on Sunday in a revised fixture owing to the unavailability of Kisumu Ladybucks. 

My training has not been good. We are yet to have the full squad in camp but we hmare better off than we were in the opening weekend and we can only get better," offered Kent. 

In another match, coach Ronnie Owino will guide his charges Strathmore Swords against Africa Nazarene University (ANU) women Panthers as the two sides chase a second victory in the league as well.

Swords have won one match in five played while the Panthers boast of a single win in three matches. 

In the men's premier league, UoN Terror who have had a rough start to their season, losing four of their five matches played so far face off with Eldonets who have also won one match in three played.
