The event, which draws global leaders, policymakers, and investors, provided Omanyala a platform to share insights from his career in sport and explore potential partnerships beyond athletics.

The four-day forum attracted participation from 120 countries and featured over 500 speakers representing both public and private sectors.

Organised by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, RFF 2025 focused on urban development, sustainable residential communities, and the integration of technology into the real-estate sector.

Speaking to Mozzart Sport, Omanyala noted that it was a dream come true to attend the forum.

“Being in a room full of leaders and innovators from over 120 countries made me realise that the lessons I have learned in sport, discipline, focus, and resilience apply far beyond the track.

It is not just about running fast, but about thinking strategically, building meaningful relationships, and spotting opportunities where others might not,” he said.

Omanyala also engaged with potential sponsors and top business players, seeking ways to leverage sport as a platform for social and economic impact.

“Meeting global investors gave me fresh ideas about how sport and business can work together,” he added.

RFF 2025, themed “Future for Humanity: Shaping Dreams into Reality,” featured more than 34 dialogue sessions and drew a digital audience exceeding 400 million views.

Discussions covered a broad range of topics, including the establishment of sustainable residential communities, the integration of modern technologies in urban development, innovative financing and investment methods, the potential of the Aseer region as a global tourism hub, and the role of sports and entertainment in shaping real-estate growth.

Experts also explored the evolution of municipal and residential sectors, investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia, and strategies for building green, resilient, and inclusive communities.

The forum highlighted Saudi Arabia’s rapid advancements in governance and digitisation within the real-estate sector, strengthening resilience amid global economic changes and attracting both local and international investors.
