The announcement was made through the club's social media platforms, with the Embu-based outfit expressing gratitude to supporters who turned up in large numbers to witness the high-stakes encounter.
The figure, however, appeared modest considering the impressive turnout witnessed at the stadium.
The stands were packed to the rafters as supporters from both 3K FC and Migori Youth filled the venue in anticipation of a match that carried significant implications in the race for promotion and the league title.
"We would love to inform our fans that the team was able to collect Ksh439,000 when we played Migori Youth FC at home last Saturday," the club stated.
"We would love to appreciate everyone who came to cheer us. You guys have been great for us, and we are happy we ended the season well together."
On the pitch, the two newly promoted sides produced an entertaining contest that lived up to expectations, eventually settling for a 1-1 draw.
The hosts made a dream start when John Muendo found the back of the net inside the opening eight minutes, giving 3K FC an early advantage.
The goal rewarded a bright opening spell from the Embu side, who controlled proceedings for much of the first half and carried their lead into the break.
Migori Youth returned from halftime with renewed energy and gradually took control of the contest.
Driven by the desire to secure the league title, the visitors pushed forward relentlessly and pinned the hosts back for extended periods of the second half.
Despite creating several opportunities, Migori struggled to break down a resilient 3K FC defense. However, their persistence finally paid dividends in dramatic fashion deep into stoppage time.
Substitute Noah Jagongo emerged as the hero, striking in the 90th minute to level the scores and rescue a crucial point for the visitors.
The draw proved enough for Migori Youth to finish the campaign as NSL champions, capping off a remarkable season that saw them secure a historic return to the top flight.
For 3K FC, the result sealed a second-place finish and confirmed promotion to the FKF Premier League.
The achievement marks a significant milestone for the Embu-based club, who secured top-flight football at the second attempt and will now prepare for their maiden campaign ahead of the forthcoming 26/27 FKF Premier League season.
