Two Spaniards, twenty years of wait, 90 minutes of drama, 115 breaches of FFP, a single trophy and one question: City or Arsenal?

Certain moments in sports history have such a major significance that almost every single one of you knows what you were doing and where you were at that particular moment in time.

Like, for instance, when Manchester City's Sergio Aguero scored that last-gasp Premier League title-worth winner against QPR back in May 2012.

Well, on Sunday, we could be experiencing something similar, as the same side, the Cityzens, are heading into the final minutes of the current EPL season with probable chances to win the fourth in a row.

However, they're again contested, this time by Mikel Arteta's Arsenal, which is hoping for a miraculous City slip at home against West Ham so they can clinch their first domestic crown in 20 years.

It sounds almost bizarre that Arsene Wenger's Invincibles were the last Gunners' team to triumph in the best league competition in the world.

It will be such a tense season finale with everything at stake for both, and every minute of those two games at the Emirates and the Etihad, which kick-off just like all the others at 6 pm Kenyan time, will be worth watching and discussing.

Therefore, Mozzart Sport Kenya will provide you with LIVE reporting of not just those two but all other games of the Premier League final matchday!

All you need to do is tune in to our website half an hour before the start of those games and enjoy the multimedia content we'll keep refreshing almost play-by-play. You will see goals and chances, follow the changes at the top of the table, but also regarding the future Europa League participants and the relegation battle.

All in one, with Pep, Arteta and their respective sides being the stars of one of the probably most entertaining and interesting duels in recent football history worldwide.

Arsenal's sports director, Edu, a member of the Invincible side, had an important message for his team.

"I really want them to understand how proud I am, how proud we are," he told The Athletic. "Sometimes when you are so deeply inside the bubble, working so hard to try to win, you don't see how proud everyone outside is to have these guys represent Arsenal Football Club every weekend. I hope they can realise that.

"I have a lot of conversations with Mikel about these things. They really deserve the plaudits because we see how much effort, energy and dedication they put into bringing the club to the top again. To me, that is the key. When you speak to fans or other people in football, I feel it and I would like for them to feel it as well. I hope they can recognise how well they are doing."

On the other hand, when asked about the prospect of winning four consecutive titles, Pep Guardiola said:

"My analysis of world football is that if you arrive in the last stages with the chance to win, you have been magnificent. We want to experience it again. I don't want to talk about anything else."
