Ndege, who is fighting efforts aimed at removing him from office, was, in one of the accusations, blamed for failing to inform FKF President Hussein Mohammed on the summon.
He obtained a court order on 9 January blocking his removal from office over accusations of incompetence.
In another email obtained by Mozzart Sport, Ndege outlined a sequence of events that followed the issuance of the summons to the eventual postponement of the same.
“The referenced letter from the Committee, dated 28th October 2025, was first received as a soft copy on 8th November 2025, shared with me via WhatsApp,” he begins in his response to Hussein.
He adds: “The physical copy was subsequently delivered to our offices on 17th November 2025. Upon receipt of the soft copy, and in recognition of the short notice, the Federation promptly wrote on 10th November 2025 to request that the meeting scheduled for 18th November 2025 be rescheduled.
This letter was duly sent and acknowledged as received by Parliament. Following further internal consultations, a subsequent letter dated 25th November 2025 was issued, requesting that the meeting be postponed to a later, mutually agreeable date. This correspondence was also sent and formally received.”
He further, went on to inform the FKF boss that he had issued instructions to both the Football Development Director and Head of Leagues and Competitions to prepare a report addressing remedies proposed in relation to matters raised by Bondeni FC to Parliament.
“The preparation of these reports was initiated pursuant to my email instructions, following receipt of a second communication from Parliament dated 18th November 2025. The Bondeni FC report has since been formally shared with Mr. Adan Gindicha of Parliament," wrote Ndege.
The former Tusker player appeared to apologise for the miscommunication between his office and that of Hussein.
“This was not intentional, and I wish to assure you that this matter is being treated with the utmost seriousness. I am committed to implementing clearer communication channels and stricter adherence to administrative protocols going forward,” he added.
