Musa expresses gratitude to Ricardo and Wazito family for offering him a shoulder to lean on
Wazito midfielder and Harambee Stars trialist Brian Musa has unreservedly expressed his gratitude to club President Ricardo Badoer for offering him a rather comfortable shoulder to lean on in the darkest hour.
Musa and his family were thrown into a grieving mood following the demise of his father Arthur Okwemba last week.
The versatile midfielder disclosed that Badoer boosted the burial arrangements with a whooping Ksh 200 000.

"I sincerely want to thank the big boss for the support he afforded me and our family during the past one week. His contribution played a massive role in meeting the costs incurred in the whole process. We managed to lay my dad to rest last weekend in Butere, Kakamega County," he expressed.
Additionally, the former Nairobi Stima man thanked the rest of the Wazito family for chipping in the contribution book and backing him morally.
"I also want to thank my colleagues, the technical bench and the rest of the management supporting me during the tough time. Besides giving towards the burial, they constantly checked on me and offered words of comfort," he added.
Harambee Stars dream
Meanwhile, with the World Cup qualifiers just a month away, Musa said he was hoping to shake off the distressing memory and walk back to the Stars team.
Congratulations to our own Brian 'Loro' Musa who has earned his first-ever Harambee Stars call up.

Famously known as Loro, Musa was handed his maiden call to the team in March last year for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier double against Comoros. He however did not have the luxury of reporting to camp after coronavirus struck, disrupting the flow of sporting activities.
"Before my dad passed on, I was working hard with an eye of returning to the national team. Despite the gut wrenching development and the suspension of sporting activities, I haven't lost hope in playing in the qualifiers," he added.
