Biko, who joined the FKF Premier League outfit in March 2023 from Green Commandos, has grown into an influential figure in head coach William Muluya’s setup, playing a key role at the heart of a youthful Sharks side.
Sources close to the development indicate that the defender is keen to run down his current contract before formally engaging potential suitors, a move that would allow him greater flexibility as interest builds around his services.
It is understood that ambitious FKF Premier League sides Shabana FC and Nairobi United are monitoring Biko's situation closely, with Nairobi believed to be leading the race for his signature.
“They have discussed terms with United, and most likely he may end up there,” a source close to the negotiations told Mozzart Sport.

Biko’s imminent departure would add to a growing list of high-profile exits from Kariobangi Sharks in recent seasons.
In recent campaigns, the club lost Keith Imbali and Biron Ochieng to Shabana, while Fredrick Alushula secured a move to AFC Leopards and Geoffrey Onyango joined reigning league champions Kenya Police FC.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, Biko enjoyed a strong individual campaign in the 2024/25 FKF Premier League season, where he was widely regarded as one of the most underrated performers at the club across several metrics.
The versatile defender and Kariobangi Sharks endured mixed fortunes over the course of the season, which eventually saw the team finish 11th on the league table.
However, Biko stood out as one of the most consistent performers in a squad renowned for nurturing young talent.
Alongside other senior regulars, he was tasked with guiding and stabilising the club’s emerging players as they adjusted to top-flight football,
