"We are delighted to announce the signing of forward Dennis Oalo, who arrives from Nairobi City Stars,” the club stated.

"Oalo, who parted ways with City Stars following their relegation to the National Super League, brings a wealth of Premier League experience and goal-scoring pedigree to a Tusker side aiming to end a three-year silverware drought."

Speaking after sealing the move, the forward expressed his excitement at joining one of Kenya’s most decorated clubs

"Tusker is a big club with a winning mentality. I’m happy to be here and ready to give my all for the badge,” said Oalo, who previously featured for Kisumu All Stars, FC Talanta, and the defunct Western and Nairobi Stima sides.

Tusker head coach Charles Okere welcomed the addition, describing Oalo as a proven goal scorer whose presence will strengthen the team’s quest for domestic success.

"Dennis is a quality striker who understands the demands of this league. His experience will be vital as we build a competitive squad for the upcoming season,” noted Okere, who was recently elevated from the youth ranks.

Oalo becomes Tusker’s sixth signing of a busy transfer window and reunites with his former City Stars teammate Vincent Owino Otieno, who was the first arrival this off-season.

Other notable additions include two-time FKF-PL Most Valuable Player and top scorer Eric Kapaito, who returns to the club from Namungo FC in Tanzania, midfielder Yakeen Muteheli from Ulinzi Stars, and defenders Eugene Ikutwa and Francis Oduor from Bidco United and KCB respectively.

In addition to external recruits, Tusker have promoted promising talents from their youth system, with captain George Odhiambo and vice-captain David Polepole earning promotions to the senior team, further reinforcing the club’s long-term strategy under Okere.

Oalo's arrival is set to offer Okere attacking options which now has Kapaito, PolePole and Harambee Stars attacker Ryan Ogam.
