The Brewers confirmed the renewals through a statement on their official website, underlining their commitment to retaining the core of the squad that ended last season on a high by lifting the Mozzart Bet Cup to book a place in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The contract extensions come as a reward for the pair's impressive performances throughout the 2025/26 campaign, during which they established themselves as indispensable members of coach Julien Mette's side.
Adikiny, who joined the club from Murang'a Seal, enjoyed a stellar campaign, featuring in 37 of Tusker's 40 matches across all competitions.
His consistency and influence in midfield proved crucial as the Brewers navigated a challenging season before eventually lifting the Mozzart Bet Cup.

Speaking after signing his new deal, the midfielder admitted that the opportunity to represent the club on the continental stage played a major role in his decision to stay.
"Last season was very difficult for us, but we managed to give a good account of ourselves in the Cup and eventually win it. It was a season full of lessons and I am delighted to have committed the next two years to the club. Of course there were many suitors who came knocking, but I know what this club means to me," Adikiny said.
"The opportunity to play in the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time is one I simply couldn't turn down. I am excited and looking forward to the new season because I believe we can achieve great success," he added.
For Simiyu, the new contract caps a remarkable turnaround after initially struggling to settle following his move from Nzoia Sugar.
In what was his first full season with the Ruaraka-based side, the winger blossomed into one of Tusker's most reliable attacking outlets, making 32 appearances in all competitions and scoring eight goals.
His biggest contributions, however, came in the Mozzart Bet Cup. Simiyu netted three goals during the competition, including a memorable brace in the final as Tusker edged Kenya Police FC 2-1 to lift the trophy. That triumph ended the Brewers' decade-long wait for domestic cup success and marked their first major silverware since winning the FKF Premier League title five years earlier.
After committing his future to the club, Simiyu said the chance to finally play continental football fulfilled a long-held ambition.

"Playing in the CAF Confederation Cup is something I have wished and prayed for throughout my career, so that was a huge motivation for me to stay. I can't wait for what is in store," Simiyu stated.
"I am delighted to have extended my contract with the club. This past season has been great for me and I believe my performances showed what I can offer, which is why the club has rewarded me with this new contract. I am now fully settled, fully focused and ready to give my very best over the next two years," He added.
Head coach Julien Mette welcomed the extensions, describing both players as integral to the club's long-term ambitions.
"I am happy that we can continue with Fabian and Ian. They have demonstrated what they can offer to the team and it is important that we continue building this project with them.
"I am delighted that we managed to secure their futures early enough before pre-season begins, and I am looking forward to achieving even more success together with them and the rest of the team," Mette said.
Retaining Simiyu and Adikiny represents another significant piece of business for Tusker as preparations for the new campaign gather pace.
With the Brewers set to compete on three fronts—the FKF-PL, Mozzart Bet Cup and CAF Confederation Cup, the duo are expected to play pivotal roles as Mette's men chase a return to league glory, defend their domestic cup crown and mount a strong challenge on the continental stage.
