The tournament, organised under the Golf N Vibes platform, brought together a vibrant mix of amateur and seasoned golfers for a day that blended competition with community.

Set against the lush fairways of the 18-hole course, the event offered participants a rare opportunity to test precision and nerve in the hole-in-one challenge, with a Ksh100,000 prize on the line for anyone capable of delivering the perfect shot.

While no golfer ultimately claimed the prize, the challenge itself became a focal point of the day, drawing crowds and building anticipation around each attempt.

Mozzart’s involvement went beyond the prize purse, reinforcing its broader commitment to elevating sporting experiences across disciplines.

In a gesture that resonated with participants, the company distributed branded merchandise to players and teams, ensuring that engagement extended beyond the competition itself.

In the course, competition was equally compelling. In the men’s category, Lawrence Maina emerged as the winner with a handicap of 15 and 40 points.

He edged out Tyndale Ucher, who also posted 40 points off a 20 handicap, while Maina Wachira completed the podium with 38 points playing off a 31 handicap.

In the women’s category, Jacqueline Karanja claimed top honours with 43 points off a 45 handicap. She was followed closely by Njeri Wakahiu, who returned 42 points playing off a 28 handicap, while Pauline Mukiri secured third place with 39 points from a 33 handicap.

The event attracted hundreds of golfers, many of whom leveraged the occasion not just for sport, but for networking and connection.

From business leaders to emerging talents, the tournament created an ecosystem where relationships were built as naturally as swings were taken. Among the notable attendees was ICT Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo, whose presence added further weight to an already high-profile gathering.

Mozzart’s role in the tournament reflects a deliberate strategy to support sport as both a competitive and social platform. By aligning with events like the Road to Morocco series, the brand continues to position itself at the intersection of sport, lifestyle, and community development.

Limuru Country Club, established in 1945 and located approximately 25 kilometres from Nairobi, provided an ideal setting for the event. Its reputation as one of Kenya’s premier private members’ clubs added prestige to the tournament, while its scenic layout enhanced the overall experience for participants and spectators alike.

Beyond the leaderboard, the success of the event lay in its atmosphere, a fusion of sport, opportunity, and shared experience. For Mozzart, it was another statement of intent: a commitment not only to sponsoring sport, but to actively shaping moments that bring people together through it.
