Despite the poor run of form, Quins are not under any threat of relegation.
Kenya Harlequin suffered their seventh loss of the season after going down 13-18 to Top Fry Nakuru RFC who handed themselves a shot in the arm in the relegation dog fight leaving head coach Amady Diallo dejected.
After a strong start to the season, Quins have capitulated in spectacular fashion having now suffered seven defeats against Blakblad, KCB, Kabras Sugar, Strathmore Leos, Menengai Oilers, Homeboyz and Nakuru RFC.
There’s no place like home.

Speaking to Mozzart Sport after the defeat against Nakuru, Diallo bemoaned the costly mistakes made in the clash and highlighted the inconsistencies from his players.
“We had too many mistakes in the basics of rugby so I need to calm down and work on that, mentally we are very low, we usually score tries then we just crumble.
Some players play very well in one game and become very poor in another, they are not consistent, I need to find solutions to this in training,” said Diallo.
Quins are yet to win a game this year with their last victory coming back on Saturday 11 December when they beat MMUST 21-20.
Diallo also lamented the mistakes that have cost them victory in previous games and went on to emphasize the importance of systems in rugby.

“In our last game against Oilers our player got to the try line and had the opportunity to put the ball down but he instead opted to dance and lost the ball.
Rugby is all about two systems, you have to believe your systems and try to impose teams and when you do that you have higher chances of winning,” added Diallo.
