All set for AFC Leopards’ AGM as agenda items are confirmed

Football Kenya Federation Premier League giants AFC Leopards are all set for their highly anticipated 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Sunday, 28 June.

The meeting will be held at the Nyayo Stadium Basketball Gymnasium from 10:00 am.

In a notice dated Saturday, 27 June, 2026, Ingwe reminded all registered members of the agenda items set to be discussed during the mandatory annual gathering as the club seeks to reinforce its structures through democratic governance, transparency, and strategic planning.

Among the key items on the agenda are receiving, considering, and adopting the club's draft constitution, as well as appointing independent auditors.

The agenda includes:

1. To read the notice convening the meeting and confirm the presence of a quorum.

2. To confirm the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

3. To receive the chairman’s report.

4. To receive, consider, and adopt the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, together with the auditor’s report.

5. To appoint the Independent Auditors of the Club for the year ending December 31, 2026.

6. To receive, consider, and adopt the Draft Constitution.

7. Any other business.

Members have also been advised to carry their national identification cards for registration and identification purposes.

The FKF Premier League club officially invoked Article 10.2 of its constitution on Saturday, 27 May 2026, confirming the date and venue for the AGM.

The meeting comes after Ingwe finished as runners-up in the 2026 FKF Premier League season behind champions Gor Mahia, who sealed the title on May 24, 2026.

The AGM also comes exactly one year after chairman Boniface Ambani and his leadership team were elected into office, succeeding Dan Shikanda.
