Interesting statements from the Portuguese coach ahead of the match against Wolverhampton

Ruben Amorim is confident that "every player dreams of playing for Manchester United" as he sets his sights on his summer transfer targets. However, he remains tight-lipped about the potential 63 million euros move for Matheus Cunha.

Mail Sport reported earlier this week that United are nearing an agreement with Cunha and are ready to trigger his release clause at Wolves.

Meanwhile, Ipswich striker Liam Delap is also on United's radar. Amorim is convinced that the club's struggles this season won’t deter players from making the move to Old Trafford.

"It's Manchester United. What I feel is that there's a lot of players that want to play for our club. I know that if you look at our club in the moment – with all the problems with the staff, people going, changing coach, the results – it looks like a little bit of a problem. But we have a clear idea. That is the easiest part to explain to a player. And then it's Manchester United. Everybody wants to play for Manchester United."

Talking about players on the loan, Rashford, Malacia and Antony, Portuguese coach added: "All these players have talent. We are really happy because if you put one player on loan, the best thing for us is for them to perform – and they are performing."
