Italian defender sustains an injury after Ousmane Dembele falls on him during the clash between France and Italy in the Nations League
Arsenal's new reinforcement, Riccardo Calafiori, sustained an injury after a bizarre incident by France's Ousmane Dembele on Saturday night at Parc des Princes.
Calafiori was forced to limp off in the second half after Dembele accidentally fell on him from behind.
Alessandro Bastoni went into the tackle on Dembele, sending the forward flying into the air with no control over his landing, which ended on Calafiori's calf.
Italy's coach Luciano Spalletti said he believes that Arsenal's defender is not significantly hurt, but will wait for the news from the team's doctors.
