Arsenal's youth blossom under heavy rain at Norwich for a brutal 5-0 away win

Reading Time: 2min | Sun. 26.12.21. | 20:16

Saka's brace and Odegaard's two assists push the Gunners to a stunning victory. Tottenham celebrate against Crystal Palace 3-0. West Ham lose at home to Southampton 2-3

It was 90 minutes of pure class and, at the same time, a pleasure to witness such a formidable Arsenal.

Sure, Norwich City is not among those superb EPL teams. Moreover, they'll probably end up in the EFL Championship by next May, but the effectiveness and domination of Mikel Arteta's slot is something that will make all the Gunners' fans truly proud.

Odegaard is finally unplayable, Saka found his momentum and pace, while Lacazette is there also to put the cherry on top.

The game at Loftus Road was decided way before the final whistle with Saka and Tierney nailing the first two from a smart build-up, moving the ball to the flanks where the above mentioned reacted immaculately with the keeper's chances to save the ball close to zero.

They didn't slow down even after being two up. Saka added another, while Lacazette and Smith-Rowe provided their side with one of the most delightful wins of the season.

Arteta's decision to put Aubameyang on ice seems to be just what the Emirates outfit needed, and they now look confident and unstoppable.

Meanwhile, the Hammers lost at home to Southampton 3-2, disappointing their fans and falling to sixth place. Michail Antonio came in as a sub and scored a minute or two after coming in from the bench, but the Saints didn't lose composure and won all three points much deservedly.

At the same time, Spurs thrashed Crystal Palace 3-0 to continue their wonderful streak in the last couple of weeks.
