The Nigerian striker nails a header in a 2-1 home win against the EPL newcomers
The man is definitely on fire! After finding the back of the net against Arsenal in the opening Premier League round, Taiwo Awoniyi continued his goal-scoring tally on Friday night, as he netted in a 2-1 home win against Sheffield United.
Two-time European champions had to dig deep for the first pints in the new season. Albeit Awoniyi's opener put them in front, the pendulum went back to the middle as the newly-promoted team equalized shortly after the half-time interval.
Taiwo Awoniyi has now scored in each of Nottingham Forest's last 6 Premier League games. He has equalled Stan Collymore’s record in March and April 1995 of consecutive Premier League goals for the club.

The packed City Ground witnessed a battle of two evenly-match sides, and for a while, it seemed we were heading for a draw.
However, one last push of a home squad saw Chris Wood's magnificent header going past United's custodian following a perfect Serge Aurier cross.

That was Aurier's second assist of the night, as the same player played a critical role in Awoniyi's opener, too.
