The midfielder is confident his side has done enough homework to win on the road
Azam FC midfielder Feisal Salum believes Nairobi United has a group of experienced players that will offer them a tough test during their CAF Confederation Cup group stage tie at Nyayo Stadium on Sunday, 25 January.

One name, however, sticks out at the top of the pile for the playmaker, who he apparently has a score to settle with.
Speaking to Tata Sport a day after landing in Kenya for the important Group B match-up, Salum - fondly known as 'Fei Toto' - was put to task on which individual player he thought would cause problems for the Tanzanian outfit.
The answer came deep from the archives.
“Nairobi United has a group of good and experienced players, but I remember I played against one between 2017 and 2018 called Ovella,” Salum said. “It was a match between Kenya and Zanzibar, and he ended up scoring.”
The match in question would take you back to 17 December 2017, when Nairobi United winger Ovella Ochieng opened the scoring for Harambee Stars, as they edged past Zanzibar on penalties to clinch the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup on home soil.

“I know him. He is a good player, and I have been following him. We will meet up once again,” Salum said of Ovella, all while dismissing the fact that he had shared the winger’s information with his coach Florent Ibenge.
“I think the coach has identified Nairobi United's weaknesses, and it will be upon us to go out and take advantage of them to win the game.”
From a team perspective, both sides come into the game winless in this season’s competition, and will be out to pick what now looks like premium points.

“The match will not be easy,” Salum, who featured and scored for Tanzania in the recently concluded AFCON tournament in Morocco, said. “Every team wants points, but for us it's all about following the laid-out game plan, and I believe we will get good results from this game.”
Playing in enemy territory however, will take much from the visitors.
“The pressure will be huge,” Salum said. “This is an East African derby of sorts, so I am urging all Tanzanians in Kenya to show up and support us because it will be a tough game.”
Kick off is at 1600 EAT.
