The Ugandan defender last tasted competitive football in the 2-0 away loss to Tusker in February before suffering an injury that had kept him out action up to last month.

Prior to the Tusker game, Aloro who won the league with Tusker last season had seen limited playing time thanks to the competition in the congested department.

"There is still hope that I will be considered for playing time in the remainder of the season. I have been training well since recovering from an injury picked in our game against Tusker," he said.

With nine matches remaining in the season, Aloro, a former Sofapaka player revealed that the team had a target of finishing inside the top three bracket.

Bandari who were firmly in the race to wrestle the title from the hands of Tusker in the initial stages of the season lost ground at the start of the year and had to effect changes in the technical bench in a bid to stabilize.
