Barcola says 'yes' to Liverpool, but PSG's demands are sky-high

Reports claim that the French winger has agreed on his personal terms with the Reds. Now, however, two clubs must do the same, and that one won't be that smooth
One small step for PSG, one giant leap for Liverpool to find Mohamed Salah's successor.
Bradley Barcola, the 23-year-old winger, has reportedly agreed personal terms with Liverpool, positioning him as a potential key signing for the club.
According to transfer expert Nicolo Schira, "the agreement in principle between Barcola and Liverpool has been made for a contract until 2032 with a top salary."
However, Paris Saint-Germain are seeking a transfer fee between €150M and €170M, while Liverpool are prepared to offer over €100M, which may not meet PSG's valuation.
Barcola has two years remaining on his contract with PSG, who consider their asking price justified given his age, potential, and current market conditions.
Former Chelsea midfielder Jody Morris considers Barcola a statement signing for Liverpool.
"Bradley Barcola would be a statement signing,” he said via Boyle Sports. "He is an outstanding talent.
"He was PSG's top goalscorer in the league last year, even though he wasn't starting all the time. He is a goal threat with electrifying pace.
"If Arsenal or Liverpool get Barcola, that would be an amazing signing. I imagine if he were available, Chelsea would be in the running, but I don't see someone who has just won two Champions Leagues wanting to go to a club that isn't even in Europe."
Previous reports indicate that Arsenal, Bayern Munich, and Chelsea have expressed interest in signing the 22-year-old, although Barcola has reportedly ruled out a move to Chelsea.
