Casemiro turns the noise on as Man Utd reach the fourth EPL win in a row

Not so long ago, the dark clouds were gathering around Old Trafford. And although we saw pouring rain on Tuesday night, it was just the opposite of the mood surrounding the club as Manchester United celebrated its fourth Premier League win in a row, thus brushing aside Bournemouth 2-0 (1-0).
Fourth in the EPL and sixth across all competitions, this much-deserved victory proves the Red Devils have found the right formula and form that could take them high. Actually so high that not even the title race seems so surreal anymore.
Donny van de Beek's injury aside, it was a very pleasing night for Erik ten Hag and his side against the minnows. Once Casemiro broke the deadlock, around the middle of the first half after Eriksen's perfect cross, any traces of suspense left the Theatre of Dreams. The hosts were dominant and super-confident, putting on just enough effort to win this smoothly.
And that was just the way they scored the second - Luke Shaw launched a somewhat mild yet fine counter through Bruno Fernandes that accelerated once young Garnacho got a hold of a ball before finding the very same Shaw now in the heart of the rival's box. That was it, 2-0 in the opening minutes of the second half and the game wrapped up just in time so Ten Hag could rest his key players.

Still, it was enough space and time for Marcus Rashford to score in the third straight game. The axis Shaw-Bruno shone once again, providing a splendid setup for Rashford to place it superbly in the back of the net.
With 35 points after tonight's match, Man Utd sit third, along with Newcastle, but the best is yet to come. In the next two rounds, they face Manchester City and Arsenal, and the outcome of those two fixtures could define the club's direction for the entire season.
