Chaos outside Stade de France delays Champions League final

Reading Time: 2min | Sat. 28.05.22. | 22:23

Over a hundred of Liverpool supporters jumped the fence and entered the venue without tickets

Unusual sights in Paris. The Champions League final has been postponed in the capital of France due to security risks caused by Liverpool fans. A large number of Reds supporters, according to unofficial information, over a hundred of them, entered the stands of the stadium without tickets. That is why the organizers decided to delay the finals kick off.

The match was originally postponed for 15 minutes, and then for half an hour. At this moment, the new deadline for the finals is 22.36.

The fans jumped over a rather high fence, some of them were stopped, but a larger number managed to pass the janitor and run to the west stand, which seems crowded at the moment.

In the meantime, the players of the two teams came out on the field, who started warming up again. In any case, the omissions in the organization seriously disrupted the entire final ceremony, as well as the match itself. We hope that it will not affect the quality of the match, from which a lot is really expected.
