Burnley, meanwhile, are fighting for survival. Defeat would confirm relegation after a difficult campaign under Scott Parker, adding another layer of urgency to an already high-stakes night.

City are expected to make only minimal changes. Gianluigi Donnarumma should stay between the sticks, with a settled back line in front of him. Bernardo Silva is free to play after avoiding suspension, while Rodri's absence could open the door for Nico Gonzalez to step into midfield.
