All matches slated for Saturday are set to kick off at 3 PM

The Football Kenya Federation Premier League returns this afternoon with five matches lined up across different venues in the country.

AFC Leopards welcome Muhoroni youth at Kasarani Stadium in arguably one of the matches to look out for on Saturday.

Just like Ingwe, Muhoroni are also without a win having drawn both their matches of the season.

Leopards tactician Tom Juma is probably feeling the heat at the helm of the club's technical bench and will be hoping for nothing but a win in the match.

Muhoroni's head coach Charles Odera however is unfazed ahead of the match, insisting that they are ready for the clash.

"They are a good team with good players and coach. We have faced them before and I know our capabilities. They are one of the biggest clubs in the country and it's such games that determine a season. All I can say is that we are ready for the clash. We’ve had a perfect two weeks in preparation. We have participated in three friendlies in that period and we are ready for the tie," Odera said.

After a disappointing losing start to their campaign, falling to Murang'a Seal, Kakamega Homeboyz will be out to make amends when they host Tusker FC at the Bukhungu Stadium.

On the other hand, the Brewers aim to bounce back to winning ways after being held to a one-all draw by Kariobangi Sharks.

At the Homabay Stadium, the returning Shabana FC will host Kenya Police with both teams hunting for their maiden win of the campaign.

While Shabana came from behind to secure a 1-1 draw in the last outing before the international break, the Law Enforcers were hammered 3-0 by Posta Rangers at their own backyard.

Despite spending big in the transfer market, Police are second from bottom after two rounds of matches and they will be hoping to change the tides away from home.

Ulinzi Stars travel to the coast to face off with Bandari at Mbaraki Sports Club.

It was at this venue last season where they suffered a 5-0 defeat, one that the dockers have used to taunt the soldiers since then.

The 2010 champions are a new-look team, but not mostly in this fixture with the head coach and a couple of players having been part of Bandari's team last season before crossing over.

Whereas Bandari will be aiming for their second win of the season, Ulinzi will be hunting for their maiden point on the board for the season as they currently sit at the bottom with no point after two matches.

In the other match for the day, Nzoia Sugar host Bidco United at the Sudi Stadium, Bungoma.
