
FKF reveals dates for Annual General Meeting

This will mark the first AGM led by the newly elected administration, which took office following the elections held on 7 December 2024
The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Saturday, 31 May 2025, in Nairobi, with the specific venue to be confirmed later.
This will mark the first AGM led by the newly-elected administration, which took office on 7 December 2024.
The detailed agenda for the AGM will be communicated in due course as per a communication by FKF CEO Harold Ndege.
However, four representatives will be absent from the AGM: Nyamira and Homa Bay counties, where elections are yet to be held, as well as the coaches and referees associations, which are yet to conduct their elections as well.
Participation in the AGM will include:
18 FKF clubs competing in the Kenya Premier League
10 FKF clubs competing in the National Super League
10 FKF clubs competing in National Division 1 (across two zones)
3 FKF clubs competing in the Women’s Premier League
2 FKF clubs competing in Women’s Premier League (Division 1)
1 representative from the Kenya Football Players Welfare Association

Subject: Notice of FKF Annual General Meeting
In accordance with Article 29(2) of the Football Kenya Federation Constitution, the General Secretary’s office hereby notifies members that, following a resolution passed by the FKF National Executive Committee on March 13, 2025, the 2025 FKF Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in Nairobi.
A formal agenda for the AGM will be shared one month before the meeting, as per the FKF Constitution, for members’ consideration.
A number of key decisions expected to impact football are expected to be included in the agenda for the AGM.
