The fixture will also mark the beginning of life without head coach Ken Odhiambo for Bandari. The experienced tactician was sent packing on Tuesday 30 September after a poor start to the season.
The former Harambee Stars assistant coach led Bandari to a barren draw in their season opener against Kariobangi Sharks before losing 1-0 at home to Shabana.
The bad start meant that Bandari have now been on an eight-match losing streak in the league after failing to win any of their last six league matches last season.
In the eight games, The Dockers have only managed to find the back of the net once - a 10th minute strike by Beja Nyamawi in their 1-1 draw against Posta Rangers in the last match of last season.
For the second time, assistant coach and former Harambee Stars striker John Baraza will take charge on an interim basis before the next substantive coach is appointed.
Baraza’s first assignment is to secure a home victory at the expense of Muranga' Seal, a task the former Sofapaka striker is ready for.
"The team is ready for the match and we want to promise our fans a good performance. We will give our best to record victory against Murang’a Seal,” said Baraza in his pre-match press conference.

Baraza will be encouraged by the fact that Bandari has never lost to Seal in their four previous encounters; winning three and settling for a draw once.
Seal, on the other hand, will be hoping to build on the confidence gained from their 2-0 away victory over FKFPL newbies APS Bomet.
The Don Otieno-coached side had suffered a 1-0 loss at home to military side Ulinzi Stars in their season opener.
