Shabana welcomes Bidco as Kariobangi Sharks entertain Police FC.

The two matches follow the week’s opening clash between Tusker and Ulinzi Stars, which the former won 1-0, courtesy of a first half penalty by Dennis Oalo.

Ahead of today's games, Gor Mahia sit on top of the 18-team league table with 19 points, same as Mozzart Bet-powered Kakamega Homeboyz, but with a higher goal difference, as Tusker close the top three with 18 points.

At the other end of the table, Kariobangi Sharks are 18th with eight points, and are joined in the relegation zone by APS Bomet and Murang'a Seal with nine and 11 points respectively.

Shabana vs Bidco United

The day will begin with a match between Shabana FC and Bidco United at the Gusii Stadium from 1400 hrs.

The Glamour Boys make a return to Gusii Stadium for the first time since 29 October, and will be hoping to turn the tide in their favour after losing their last three matches there.

The team, which struggled after the injury of danger man Brian Michira, seem to have found a way of coping with his absence after collecting eight points in their last four matches, all on the road.

Bidco, on the other hand, are on a bad run of form that has seen them fail to win any of their last six matches, including back-to-back losses in their last two.

More worrying for coach Antony Akhulia is the fact that they did not find the back of the net in five of those matches.

Further, Shabana picked four points from The Oilers last season, with the Thika-based side winning only one of their four meetings.

Kariobangi Sharks vs Police FC

In the other match of the day, bottom-placed Kariobangi Sharks welcome defending champions Police FC at the Kasarani Annex from 1600 hrs.

Police are coming off the back of a loss that was preceded by three consecutive wins, and will be determined to get back to winning ways, while looking to go top of the table for the first time this season.

Sharks, on the other hand, will be keen to end their six-match winless streak, and start their disentanglement and dalliance with relegation.
