Former Murang’a Seal forward Paul Osama has officially been unveiled by Swedish third-tier side Enköpings SK, bringing an end to weeks of anticipation surrounding his long-awaited transfer.

The club confirmed the completion of the attacker’s signing, marking the conclusion of an almost month-long delay caused by administrative processes.

Osama had initially secured his move on 25 March, in what has been described as a dream step in his budding career, but paperwork issues slowed down the finalization of the deal.

In a statement announcing his arrival, the Swedish outfit expressed relief after resolving the complications, confirming that the young striker is now eligible to feature for the team.

“Paul Osama is here. After some waiting and a bit of paperwork, he has finally arrived – and is ready to step into the green and black jersey.Let’s go,” the club posted.

Osama makes the move on the back of an impressive run of form in the 2025/26 season, where he registered more than seven goal contributions, including six goals and a couple of assists.

At just 19 years old, Osama now links up with fellow Kenyan Andreas Odhiambo, who joined Enköpings earlier this year, further strengthening the East African presence within the squad.

The former Mombasa United attacker had initially been in line to make his debut on April 4 in the season opener against IFK Stocksund.

However, due to the registration delays, he is now expected to make his first appearance on April 24 when Enköpings take on FC Arlanda.

Enköpings have made a strong start to the campaign, winning their opening three matches to sit top of the Ettan Norra standings with nine points.

Osama’s arrival is expected to further bolster their attacking options as they push to maintain their early momentum.
