Give this man some help! Monaco survive Haaland's brace and steal win from Cityzens

The Norwegian gave his team the lead twice, but the French saved themselves thanks to Eric Dier's late spot-kick leveller - 2-2
Erling Haaland can't do it alone! The Norwegian scored a brace and almost singlehandedly brushed Monaco aside, but he lacked help from his teammates, who wasted numerous chances, hit the bar twice, and ultimately cost Man City two points!
Monaco bounced back twice: the first time over Jordan Teze shortly after Haaland's 15th-minute opener, and the second time in the last minute of the game from the spot, when Eric Dier salvaged a vital draw for the Ligue 1 side - 2-2.

After a genuine "snoozefest" in the opening quarter of an hour, the Cityzens broke the deadlock from the first chance in the game! Josko Gvardiol tore Monaco's dense defence apart with a timely pass, which Erling Haaland met in the box and found the net, chipping the ball over the home team's custodian, Philipp Kohn.
Nevertheless, it took only three minutes for the Ligue 1 side to bounce back and level behind Jordan Teze's screamer, which stunned even Gianluigi Donnarumma - 1-1!
As if the leveller angered Pep Guardiola's men, they started absolutely dominating the game in pursuit of another goal. Between the 29th and 42nd minutes, Tijjani Reijnders (twice) and Nico O'Reilly missed decent chances, while Phil Foden hit the bar. Yet, Monaco held out.
But the French were helpless in the penultimate minute of the first period, when the Norwegian goal-machine stepped up once again and gave the visitors another lead with a fantastic header following O'Reilly's cross.
Erling Haaland had just seven touches in the first half of Manchester City's Champions League clash against Monaco.

His first was a goal. His second was him taking kick-off following Monaco's equaliser.
His seventh saw him double his tally for the evening with a fine header.… pic.twitter.com/7kx8Zk43Q7
The second half started the same way as the first, and the boredom was broken 15 minutes after the break, only this time, it wasn't a goal, as Donnarumma denied Maghnes Akliouche's excellent strike. Thirteen minutes later, Reijnders completed Man City's "woodwork brace" hitting the bar. Yet, Monaco were still alive and chasing the vital equalizer.
And they got a massive chance to level in the last possible moment! Nico Gonzalez made a silly foul on Eric Dier in the box and ex-Tottenham defender decided to take the penalty kick himself. He managed to outsmart Donnarumma and annul Haaland's goals, salvaging a crucial draw for Monaco!
