Miheso opens up of his unknown music career
Gor Mahia and Harambee Stars winger Cliffton Miheso is not only talented on the pitch but also behind the microphone.
His mercurial runs on the wing both at club and the national team level coupled by vast achievements have earned him unbridled plaudits from all quarters over the time.
When the dead ball specialist is not taking on opponents, scoring and assisting on the pitch, he delves into fine-tuning his little known music talent which he intends to present to the world by releasing his first song from his rich collection at the opportune time.
Born in a family which upholds strict Christian values, Miheso developed interest in gospel music while in Sunday School and like the biblical saying which goes, train a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

The former AFC Leopards man was lured into the singing craze by his dad John Ayisi who doubles up as a Bishop at the Wells of Revival Ministries, Thika while he was a kid and has no plans of ditching the trade even at old age.
His siblings were also drawn into the trade when young and are firmly in the industry.
His elder brother Frantal Yakhama is a guitarist while his sister Lavynne Minasha is a songbird-cum lawyer.
Additionally, his younger brother Dickens Busolo alias Dicydehnce on the beat is a renowned music producer.
Despite football consuming a large chunk of his time, Miheso says he has written more than five songs which he intends to release when the right time comes.
“I was born and raised in a Christian family which exposed me to gospel music when I was kid. I grew up watching Dad sing his lungs out in the church and at home and within no time, I found myself in the trade. I have basic guitar skills like my elder brother and I sing a lot. I have written more than five songs and when the right time comes I will release them. Thankfully, I will not have to strain as far as production is concerned as I have my brother’s back,” he said.
The former Buildcon man who reckons that there is a massive prospect of venturing into music as a full time career once he hangs his boots revealed that living with Busolo eased the hustle of writing songs.

The former Golden Arrows winger who allayed suggestions that juggling between music and football was strenuous hailed him for helping him source lyrics by churning out the beats.
“I find writing lyrics easy just like dribbling past opponents. I live with Dickens who is ever busy on his tools of trade trying to come up with beats. Once you come up with a beat, the words come naturally and end up having a complete song,” he revealed.
