Former Manchester United defender even wore a wig and glasses to look like Gallagher

Chelsea won their second Champions League title on Saturday, after a 1-0 win over Manchester City, and the Blues fans are the most happy people on the planet right now. Well, them and the other half of Manchester. And probably some African shamans. And Mino Raiola and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. And probably some former Man United players.

Patric Evra is certainly among them, as the Frenchman used this golden opportunity mock the famous musician, Liam Gallagher from the famous British band 'Oasis'. After City’s loss in the finals, Evra didn’t waste time to have a go at one of the most famous Mancester City fans.

With Oasis' greatest hit 'Wonderwall' playing in the background while wearing a wig and glasses similar to the Gallagher look, Evra was mocking City's lack of history when it comes to trophies. The Frenchman also changed words to the song, refering that City will win the Champions League when he is ninethy.

"Liam, where are you?! You remember when you were laughing at me when United lost? Now it is your turn. Don't be jealous, I just want to share. This is a special Monday for you Liam. Stop saying Manchester is blue, I have more trophies than your entire club! Noel, Noel! Sorry for the remix, it is time. I said maybeeeee... you're going to win it when I'm nintteeeyyyy. And after all... you're my noisy neighbouuurrrssss. I love this game!" trolled Evra Gallagher brothers, Liam especially.

Evra and Liam Gallacher actually have a history.

Former Manchester United defender Evra was a pundit for their 6-1 humiliation at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur in 2020 and his passionate post-match rant caught everyone's eye. One person who took notice is ex-Oasis frontman Gallagher and he tweeted: "Patrice Evra c'mon you know."

The Frenchman replied back almost immediately with a message of his own, and now his „war“ with Liam continues.
