It’s now or never: Chelsea star to play for Ghana...and Bayern?

Hudson-Odoi is a wanted man this summer
The timing is perfect for Ghana. The African powerhouse are luring Callum Hudson-Odoi to swich alliances and snub England for his other country, while Bayern are luring him to switch London for Munich. Chelsea winger can play for Ghana through his father, and is currently on holiday in Africa, but he doesn’t have time to rest with all these offers.
But why this story comes up now? Because of the FIFA rules. Hudson-Odoi played only three times for England, and only in qualificiation matches. FIFA rules state that a player can switch national teams so long as they are eligible to represent them, played no more than three matches for their current national team (including friendlies), none of the matches were in the final tournament of a FIFA World Cup or confederation competition, and they all happened before the player turned 21 years of age, per football.london.
President Nana Akufo-Addo has added his voice to calls for Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi to switch nationality to play for the Black Stars.

Considering Hudson-Odoi is allowed to play for Ghana through his father's roots, is only 20 and has made exactly three appearances for Gareth Southgate's side, he fits all of the criteria. And the player also added some controversy with his refusal to commit to England.
„I think obviously when you're young, you have the opportunity to play for England throughout all the years, from under 15 to under 16 all the way up. When they obviously gave me the opportunity to come I was in the country already. It's something that I already had in my mind, set on already playing for England. So it was the thing obviously choosing Ghana or England, and at the end of the day I said I always had the right people around me who always advise me – what's right, what's wrong. England came and I said 'Yeah, let me go and play for my country. But I said Ghana is my home as well, so we'll see, we'll see. You'll never know“ said Hudson-Odoi per Joy Sports.
And then there is Bayern Munich. According to The Times, Bavarians have shown interest in the young winger, and Chelsea are apparently ready to ’listen’, but it’s a big question what will happen with this transfer. The Blues already refused offers of around 5.3 billion Ksh for Hudson-Odoi last year, so for Bayern to succeed, they need to offer more. So far, the Germans have splashed 3.2 billion for a new coach Nagelsmann and 5.5 for defender Upamecano, so when will the money come from?
