The England international was sent off following a controversial full-time whistle by Jesus Gil Manzano
Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham has been suspended for two La Liga games following his red card against Valencia.
The 20-year-old English midfielder was given a red card after a highly controversial game at Mestalla between Valencia and Real Madrid that ended with a highly controversial ending. The referee, Jesus Gil Manzano, signalled for full-time while Los Blancos were still on the attack, following a corner in added time.
The whistle was heard just as Bellingham headed in from Brahim Diaz's cross to make it 3-2 for the visitors.
However, it became clear instantly that the goal wouldn't stand, so the England international ran towards the ref to argue the decision.
"After the end of the game and while still on the pitch, he came running over to me in an aggressive way shouting, repeatedly: 'It's a f*****g goal'," Gil Manzano said in an official match report.
Bellingham will miss La Liga matches against Celta Vigo and Osasuna, although the suspension is open to an appeal.
