Kenyan duo score for Ararat Armenia

Nondi is expected to link up with the Harambee Stars in camp soon ahead of the four-team friendly tournament in Mauritius
Kenyan duo of Amos Nondi and Alwyn Tera were on the scoresheet as their Armenian side Ararat Armenia beat BKMA Yerevan 5-2 on Monday 5 June evening.
Nondi opened the scoring from the penalty spot at the half-hour mark but Artem Avanesyan scored in his own net five minutes later to see the scores level.
Tenton Yenne reclaimed Ararat's lead in the 40th minute, from yet another penalty with Hakob Hakobyan cushioning the lead in stoppage time to see Nondi and Co. head into the break with a two-goal advantage.

Arayik Eloyan found the back of the net for Yerevan's second of the game but it was not enough to inspire a comeback, with Gevorg Ghazaryan wrapping it up with Ararat's fifth 75 minutes in.
Alfred Scriven
Elsewhere in Norway, another Kenyan international Alfred Scriven extended his goals tally for Hødd to three for the season in the league as they fell to Mjøndalen on Sunday.
Scriven opened the scoring in the game after just 11 minutes but two goals in the second half by Mjøndalen saw Hødd suffer their fourth loss of the campaign, their seventh league game in a row without a win.
He went on to feature for 90 minutes but was withdrawn in stoppage time with the damage already done.
Following the defeat, they remain 12th on the standings with just 11 matches from as many matches.
Nondi is expected to join the Harambee Stars camp this week while Scriven was not included in Harambee Stars' provisional squad named last week ahead of the four-team friendly tournament in Mauritius.
Kenya is set to face off with Mauritius, Pakistan, and Djibouti in the tournament set for 11 June to 18 June 2023.
