The 24-year-old Ghanaian's buyout clause is only active for the first ten days of July. It is valued at £80 million for teams in the rest of Europe, £85 million for those in the Premier League, and £120 million for those in Saudi Arabia.
Kudus registered five goals and four assists in 35 Premier League games for West Ham last season, a tad bit less than during his debut EPL campaign, when he scored eight goals and added nine assists.
Spurs, led by their new boss Thomas Frank, have been eager to sign an attacker along with securing a permanent deal for Mathys Tel, who spent the second half of last season on loan from Bayern Munich. Tel, 20, has signed a six-year contract after moving for a fee worth up to €45m.
