Kylian Mbappe's club hits rock bottom

What a dreadful couple of days for Kylian Mbappe. After his future club, Real Madrid, were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League at the hands of Arsenal, the club Mbappe bought last year, SM Caen, was relegated from French Ligue 2.

Rock bottom of the second division with three games remaining, Caen will drop to the third division for the first time in 41 years.

After the horror tackle Mbappe to miss only two games

The club's ultras invaded the pitch following a 3-0 home defeat, raising a banner that read: "Management, players - all to blame, all out."

This comes less than a year after Mbappe purchased the club through his investment fund, Coalition Capital.
