Brave hosts came back after going 2-0 behind, but Les Parisiens' captain sealed the points with a lucky penalty rebound
Kylian Mbappe is a brilliant footballer, but he's also just another human. The PSG captain allowed his emotions to get the better of him as he confronted Brest fans in a nervy 3-2 win at Stade Francis-Le Ble on Sunday afternoon.

With the scores level at 2-2, Mbappe had his added-time penalty saved, but the rebound fell nicely for him to poke into the net and go silencing the home crowd. He got substituted right away but he showed no intention of calming down.
It didn't look like this Ligue 1 game would get so close and intense. A fantastic Warren Zaire-Emery shot and an Mbappe finish put the team from the capital in the driving seat, but Brest reduced the lead just before the break through Benin international Steve Mounie.

Eric Roy's team posed a significant challenge to PSG, potentially disrupting their three-match winning streak. However, Gianluigi Donnarumma played a crucial role in denying shot after shot, helping PSG maintain their winning run.
The late penalty provided a fatal blow to their hopes. The fact that Marco Bizot stopped Mbappe's kick only to see the ball nestle in the net after the rebound added further insult to injury.
