
Mixed results for Kenyan stars abroad

Former Kariobangi Sharks forward Masud Juma scored his maiden goal in the Moroccan Botola Pro League as Aboud Omar returned from injury.
Kenyans plying their trade abroad registered mixed results on Sunday 21 February across different leagues.
Johana Omollo
Kenyan international Johana Omollo started for Büyükşehir Belediye Erzurumspor in the 1-3 loss to Hatayspor in the Turkish Super Lig.
Erzurumspor witnessed another red card in their league clash which now takes the total to seven in the last seven games.
Alexandros Katranis notched the opener in the 23rd minute before former Manchester United forward Mame Biram Diouf doubled Hatayspor's lead with the last kick off in the first half.
Erzurumspor goalkeeper Jakub Szumski was sent off two minutes after the resumption of the second half as Aaron Boupendza put the game past Erzurumspor in the 51st minute.
Omollo was withdrawn in the 74th minute for Osman Celik as Oltan Karakullukçu scored a consolation goal for Erzurumspor in the second minute of added time.

Aboud Omar
Former Tusker FC left-back Aboud Omar returned from injury to feature for Ionikos in the 1-1 draw against Levadiakos.
Omar sustained a thigh muscle injury in the 1-0 win over Apollon Larissa and missed games against Karaiskakis and Dramas.
He was however withdrawn in the 65th minute as a precautionary measure with Manalis coming on his place.
Duke Abuya
Kenyan international Duke Abuya will fly the Kenyan flag in the CAF Confederation Cup after his Nkana side qualified for the group stages despite a 2-1 loss against Tihad Casablanca.
The former Kariobangi Sharks midfielder started both the 2-0 home win and the return leg with Mahmoud Bentayg and Ayman Dairani scored for Tihad.
Simon Mulenga scored the crucial goal for Nkana that ensured their progression to the group stages but Jimmy Dzingai was sent off in the 95th minute for the Zambian champions.
Duncan Otieno and Musa Mohammed
In the Zambian Super League, former AFC Leopards midfielder Duncan Otieno scored a stoppage-time goal for Lusako Dynamos edged Buildcon 1-0 at the Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.
Former Gor Mahia captain Musa Mohammed also featured in the match for Lusaka Dynamos. The team is now third on the log with 30 points from 18 matches.
