Reading Time: 2min | Fri. 18.08.23. | 11:52
This will be the first Premier League meeting between the two sides since the Blades registered a 2-0 victory at the City Ground in May 1993
World leading gaming firm, Mozzart Bet is offering the best odds for a crucial Friday night English Premier League tie pitting newly promoted Sheffield United and Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
Curtain raising the Week Two games set to follow on this weekend till Monday, both sides will coincidentally be looking at bouncing back from opening day defeats, where Forest fell 2-1 to Arsenal, with the Blades suffering a home loss to Crystal Palace.

Nottingham Forest to beat Sheffield United, odds 2.05.
You’ll have to go back till May 1993 for the last time these sides last met in the Premier League, and with fortune going the opposite side, Steve Cooper’s side will be looking for a revenge victory, and one that could coincide with their prolific home record.
Forest, from their total 38 points gained last season, won 30 from home, and will be banking on their forward Taiwo Awoniyi - who scored the team’s only goal last weekend - to steer them to not only a win, but a chance at cracking the team’s 100th top-flight goal against Sheffield United.
The hosts still have Omar Richards and Felipe out, but will hope to see a start for Anthony Elanga, and a potential return of Moussa Niakhate for his first appearance this season.

The Blades on the other hand, after conceding a total 24 against Palace last weekend, may give debuts to new signings Tom Davies and Gustavo Hamer in their 200th Premier League game.
The battle tonight then; a United side that has lost just one of their last 10 matches on a Friday vs a Forest team that hasn’t lost back to back opening Premier League games since 1971.
