Former Kariobangi Sharks goalkeeper Brandon Obiero has joined FKF Premier League rivals, Posta Rangers on a two-year deal, Mozzart Sport can confirm.

At Posta, he comes on board as a replacement for Jairus Adira. The 2014 KPL goalkeeper of the year left Omondi’s charges weeks ago and has been linked with a move to a newly promoted FKF Premier League outfit.

Posta Rangers chairman John Tonui has confirmed the keeper’s arrival and added that the technical bench has full confidence in the former Coast Stima now Coastal Heroes man. The club is engaging more players with the view of signing them.

“Brandon is officially a Posta Rangers player, he has signed a two-year deal with us. He is a good keeper despite his young age and the technical bench feels he has something to offer and that is why we brought him on board. We are working on a few other signings, we want to do everything silently until we finalise, once we are done we will go public with the rest of the signings," he said.

He becomes Posta’s second off-season signing. The club has already signed Daniel ‘Van Persie’ Otieno from Mathare United and has also been linked with a move for Nairobi City Stars’ Rodgers Okumu who will soon be out of contract.
