The Gunners are ready to cause a proper earthquake on the football market

Not huge, but gigantic if true!

Arsenal are apparently seriously considering a deal to sign Real Madrid's Rodrygo Goes. According to Sky Sports Germany transfer expert Florian Plettenberg, Rodrygo is interested in leaving Los Blancos after becoming frustrated with a supporting role for Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe.

Moreover, Arsenal want to strengthen their forward line, and Mikel Arteta finds the Brazilian forward a perfect solution.

The Gunners view Rodrygo's unhappiness at Real Madrid as an unexpected market opportunity. Still, the issue is a fee of around €100m. That could cause a problem since the north Londoners have already committed a fee of €60m to sign Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad, and they're still eager to sign Sporting CP target man Viktor Gyokeres.
