Given the terrible state Tottenham are in, more and more players are seeking an escape by moving to other clubs
There are four rounds left in the Premier League season. Tottenham are in the relegation zone, two points behind West Ham, and the team now in serious danger of going down has already started to fall apart.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has agreed with the club to terminate his contract, and has already found a new destination. The Italian newspaper claims that Vicario has reached full agreement with Inter Milan.

✅A deal would still needs to be reached between the two clubs but Vicario and his agents have approved everything on the player side.

Vicario joined Tottenham Hotspur in 2023 from Empoli, and since then has made 117 appearances for Spurs, winning the Europa League last season.
Gazzetta reports that Tottenham agreed without much resistance to end the collaboration with Vicario, with the decision reportedly made months ago. Now, it is said to be only a matter of days before the deal with Inter is finalised.
Vicario has already agreed on the length of the contract and salary terms with the Milan club, and the only remaining step is for the two clubs to settle the transfer fee, as he still has two years left on his contract in London.
This would raise serious questions about the future of Yann Sommer at Inter, and whether his contract—expiring on June 30 this year—will be extended at all.
There is also uncertainty surrounding Josep Martinez, who has started two of Inter’s last three matches and impressed with his performances.
