Spurs fans about Frank: "We want our money back"

Tottenham fans are growing increasingly impatient with the Danish coach

Tottenham supporters continued to express their frustration toward head coach Thomas Frank during a dull, goalless draw with Brentford, chanting “we want our money back” in clear disapproval. Frank, facing his former club for the first time since leaving, managed to take a point, but questions over his leadership at Spurs are mounting.

The Danish manager only arrived in London during the summer of 2025, lured away from Brentford, and has overseen 28 matches in charge, claiming just 11 wins. Spurs have drawn eight times and are still struggling to find consistency or a clear vision for both the short- and long-term future.

Fans remain unconvinced, a sentiment on full display at the Gtech Community Stadium, where 90 largely uneventful minutes unfolded. Neither side came close to scoring, and the game seemed destined to end 0-0.

Footage from the match captured Tottenham fans singing “we want our money back,” reflecting dissatisfaction with ticket prices and the product on the pitch. Supporters also referenced past managers and players in their chants, including Dele Alli, Martin Jol, Ledley King, Mousa Dembele, and Eric Dier.

Frank has yet to win over the Spurs faithful, with boos echoing from the away end at full time. The jeering continued as members of the playing and coaching staff acknowledged the traveling supporters on their way back to the dressing room.

When questioned about the unrest, Frank admitted: “Yeah, I think they seemed like they were not too satisfied and it's fair when we don't hit that top performance overall, but I think it's double-sided because I think what we need to understand is the acknowledgement of the defensive side of the game, which we've done excellent today against a team that just scored three against Liverpool, three against Man United, so on and so on. But of course the offensive part needs to be better. There's no two ways about that.”
