Chelsea ought to win against Norwich ahead of much-expected Manchester United vs Liverpool tie
As one-sided as it gets.
That's how today's tie between the table-toppers Chelsea and Norwich, sitting at the very bottom of the Premier League, should look like. Especially considering they'll meet at packed Stamford Bridge, anything but the hosts' landslide victory would be a massive surprise and upset.
Thomas Tuchel's side is heading into the Norwich tie with lots of confidence, following another Champions League victory. The German tactician used almost 20 players in the last couple of fixtures, and that quality of the Blues could be crucial in another title chase. And the fact Tuchel doesn't have to bother with players' egos and entourage like he was forced to during his PSG stint.
Tuchel and Lukaku at Stamford Bridge (©Marc Atkins/Getty Images)"How was Paris? I worked there more as a kind of sports minister than as a football coach. I had to take care of the friends and families of my biggest stars. It's much easier to coach Romelu Lukaku than Neymar or Killian Mbappe. Now, I have the opportunity in England. To engage more with football, to focus on the pitch itself, " Tuchel explained recently.
Expect lots of goals at Stamford Bridge regardless of the Blues' lineup and possible Lukaku's rest for the upcoming clashes.
